We specialize in serving small to medium-sized businesses across tech, business, and professional services industries, delivering expert consulting, dynamic speaking engagements, targeted training, and executive coaching. We’ve empowered hundreds of leaders, helping them foster more neuroinclusive work environments that not only elevate company culture but also drive innovation and growth.

Having worked with an impressive roster of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, Inc 5000 firms, and unicorn startups, ModCulture is paving the way for a more equitable corporate landscape.

Meet Our Founder

Tameka N. Allen

Tameka Allen is a global business leader, DEI champion, and founder of ModCulture, specializing in fostering business success through neuroinclusive work cultures.

After being diagnosed neurodivergent, she discovered a gap in today’s world…the majority of businesses lack inclusive work cultures. From strategic planning, talent acquisition, and performance management to leadership development, research shows today’s leaders of non-inclusive workplaces often face significant hurdles compared to their innovative counterparts. The results? Less profits, tarnished brand reputations, and expensive lawsuits.

With more than 16 years of experience in people + talent, DEI, executive coaching, and training, Tameka’s number one goal is to help business leaders integrate more neuroinclusive work cultures to increase business impact. Whether you're an investor, founder, or people leader, she offers tailored solutions designed to help improve candidate and employee experiences while increasing your bottom line.
